With iron as the base element, Alloy Steel F5 Bars/Rods are mainly composed of chromium (4–6%), molybdenum (0.4–0.6%), carbon (0.15–0.30%), manganese, phosphorus, sulphur, and silicon in trace amounts. This composition improves corrosion, scaling, and heat resistance. The alloy has a yield strength of 300–450 MPa, a tensile strength of roughly 585–760 MPa, and an elongation of about 20%. F5 bars are perfect for thermal and high-stress situations because they retain their strength and mechanical integrity at high temperatures.
