Beryllium Copper C17200 is an age-hardenable copper alloy with 1.8–2.0% Beryllium. Beryllium (Be) 1.9%, copper (Cu) 97.9%, and trace elements make up the typical composition. It provides outstanding hardness (Rockwell C30–45), high strength (up to 1400 MPa tensile), and good electrical conductivity (17–20% IACS) following heat treatment. Additionally, it has good wear resistance, fatigue strength, and non-magnetic qualities.
