Hastelloy bars generally contain 57–60% Ni, 15–17% Mo, 14.5–16.5% Cr, and 4–6% Fe, along with small amounts of W and Co. They have a tensile strength of around 700 MPa, a yield strength between 280–360 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 40%. These bars resist a broad range of aggressive chemicals, including acids, oxidizers, and chlorides. The alloy maintains strength and flexibility even at high temperatures and is non-magnetic with excellent weldability.
