Hastelloy C-276 contains ~57% Nickel, 15–17% Molybdenum, 14.5–16.5% Chromium, and 3–4.5% Iron with minor trace amounts of W, Co, and Mn. Tensile strength is approximately 690–785 MPa, yield strength ~283–345 MPa, and elongation 40–45%. These forgings are pitting, stress corrosion cracking, and oxidizing/reducing agents resistant. They show high performance in a broad temperature range and preserve their toughness at cryogenic and elevated temperatures. The forged structure provides grain refining and structural integrity for severe industrial applications.
