Dhruv Metals manufactures and supplies Hastelloy Hex Bars that offer great resistance to harsh chemicals and high temperatures. These hexagonal-sectioned bars come in grades like Hastelloy C-22 and C-276 and are used for fasteners, flanges, and high-stress components in chemical processing. Supplied according to ASTM B574 standards, our Hastelloy hex bars provide exceptional dimensional accuracy and surface finish, making them suitable for CNC machining and critical component fabrication.
Hastelloy Hex Bars (C-276) contain 57% nickel, 15 to 17% molybdenum, 14.5 to 16.5% chromium, 4 to 6% iron, along with tungsten, cobalt, and manganese. They have a tensile strength of 700 to 790 MPa, yield strength of around 280 to 360 MPa, and elongation of about 40%. Their hex shape offers excellent machinability for threaded or load-bearing applications. The alloy resists both oxidizing and reducing environments and remains stable under extreme thermal and corrosive conditions.
