Dhruv Metals T4 High-Speed Steel Bars are alloyed with 18–22% Tungsten, 4–5% Chromium, 1–2% Molybdenum, and 1.75–2.25% Vanadium, and 0.70–0.80% Carbon and 0.30–0.50% Manganese. Balanced contents offer high hardness, superior abrasion resistance, and excellent heat resistance, essential for high-speed cutting processes. The normal Rockwell hardness is 62–64 HRC. T4 steel is resistant to strength loss due to high temperature and has good impact and toughness, which makes it suitable for tools applied under heavy-duty industrial applications with frequent wear, heat, and mechanical stress.
