Located in Hyderabad, India, Dhruv Metals is a well-known producer and supplier of premium-grade Incoloy 925 forgings that are designed to perform exceptionally well in environments that are extremely corrosive and high-pressure. Dhruv Metals is well-known for their meticulous production and unwavering adherence to global quality standards. They provide forged components that satisfy the exacting requirements of the chemical processing, oil and gas, and marine industries. The nickel-iron-chromium alloy Incoloy 925 is perfect for demanding service conditions because of its exceptional resistance to stress corrosion, cracking, and pitting. Dhruv Metals is a reputable supplier of critical alloy forgings, emphasising dependability, durability, and prompt delivery.
Nickel (42–46%), iron (balance), chromium (19.5–22.5%), molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), copper (1.5–3%), titanium (1.9–2.4%), and trace amounts of manganese, silicon, and carbon make up Incoloy 925 forgings. This alloy has exceptional resistance to oxidising agents, corrosion, and sulphide stress cracking. Mechanically, Incoloy 925 forgings provide elongation of at least 25%, yield strength of about 517 MPa, and tensile strength of about 827 MPa. The grain structure of the alloy is improved by forging, which results in increased strength, durability, and dimensional stability in harsh, hot, and corrosive conditions.

Applications requiring high strength, resistance to corrosion, and dependability in harsh environments frequently use Incoloy 925 forgings. They are utilised for both surface and downhole parts in the oil and gas sector, including pump shafts, hangers, tubulars, and valves that are exposed to sour gas conditions. They are perfect for flanges, fasteners, and support structures that are exposed to saltwater on marine and offshore platforms. Incoloy 925 forgings are used in equipment used in the chemical and petrochemical industries to handle strong acids and alkalis. They are appropriate for components in high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive service conditions due to their superior mechanical qualities and resistance to corrosion.
