Incoloy grades generally contain 38 to 46% nickel, 19 to 23% chromium, and 22 to 45% iron, with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium. The tensile strength is around 550 to 750 MPa; yield strength is 250 to 450 MPa; and elongation ranges from 25 to 35%. Incoloy offers excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and stress-corrosion cracking. These rectangular bars retain their strength in high-temperature and acidic conditions. They can be welded and machined, providing long-term reliability for critical applications.
