Located in Hyderabad, India, Dhruv Metals is a reputable producer and supplier of high-quality Inconel 617 forgings that are designed to perform exceptionally well in corrosive and extremely hot conditions. Inconel 617 is well-known for its exceptional weldability, oxidation resistance, and high temperature strength, making it perfect for crucial uses in the petrochemical, aerospace, and power generation sectors. Custom-sized and precisely-manufactured forgings that satisfy international standards are provided by Dhruv Metals. Dhruv Metals serves both domestic and international markets with forged components made to withstand the most demanding service conditions. With state-of-the-art facilities and a customer-centric approach, the company guarantees dependable supply and consistent quality.
Nickel (roughly 44.5–62%), chromium (20–24%), cobalt (10–15%), molybdenum (8–10%), and trace amounts of iron, carbon, and aluminium make up Inconel 617 forgings. This special composition offers remarkable resistance to corrosion, carburisation, and high-temperature oxidation. Mechanically, Inconel 617 provides exceptional creep resistance at temperatures above 1000°C, a tensile strength of approximately 750–850 MPa, and a yield strength of 350–450 MPa. Extreme operating environments are a good fit for it because of its microstructure and alloying elements, which provide exceptional fabricability and durability under high-stress and thermal cycling conditions.

Industries that demand remarkable high-temperature strength and resistance to oxidation and corrosion frequently use Inconel 617 forgings. They are utilised as parts of combustion liners, heat exchangers, and gas turbines in the production of electricity. They are used in reactors, reformers, and piping systems that handle aggressive media at high temperatures in the petrochemical industry. They are used in jet engine components and exhaust systems in the aerospace sector. Because of their long-term thermal stability, these forgings are also utilised in nuclear power plants and industrial furnaces. Inconel 617 forgings provide high performance, reliability, and longevity in the most extreme industrial environments.
