Based in Hyderabad, India, Dhruv Metals is a reputable producer and supplier of high-quality Inconel 625 forgings, which are renowned for their exceptional strength, resistance to corrosion, and ability to function in harsh conditions. Dhruv Metals, which specialises in high-temperature and high-pressure applications, produces forged parts that are precise and up to international standards. The industries of power generation, chemical processing, aerospace, and marine all make extensive use of Inconel 625 forgings. Dhruv Metals provides customised solutions in the form of flanges, shafts, rings, and custom shapes with sophisticated forging capabilities and stringent quality control, guaranteeing dependability and extended service life even under the most trying circumstances.
Nickel (58% min) makes up the majority of Inconel 625 forgings, with chromium (20–23%), molybdenum (8–10%), niobium (3.15–4.15%), and iron (up to 5%) added. Superior resistance to oxidation, pitting, stress corrosion cracking, and crevice corrosion is offered by this alloy. In terms of mechanical properties, it provides a tensile strength of about 827 MPa, a yield strength of about 414 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 30 to 40%. It is appropriate for extremely corrosive and thermally demanding environments because it retains exceptional mechanical integrity over a broad temperature range (cryogenic to 980°C).

Industries that require resistance to corrosion, high temperatures, and high pressures frequently use Inconel 625 forgings. They are used in aerospace for turbine seals, exhaust systems, and jet engine parts. They are perfect for parts of ships and submarines that are subjected to pressure and saltwater in the maritime industry. These forgings are used in heat exchangers, reactors, and pipe systems that handle strong acids in the chemical processing sector. Inconel 625 is used in power plants for superheater tubes, turbine blades, and high-temperature fasteners. It is crucial for mission-critical components in the most demanding operating environments due to its exceptional durability, formability, and fatigue resistance.
