Monel Hollow Bars are primarily composed of 63–70% nickel and 20–29% copper, along with small amounts of iron, manganese, and carbon. This unique composition grants them exceptional resistance to corrosion, especially in seawater and acidic conditions. Monel 400 boasts a tensile strength of about 550 MPa, a yield strength of around 170 MPa, and an elongation of 35%. On the other hand, Monel K500, which is an age-hardened variant, offers even greater mechanical strength and hardness.
