Monel K500 Forgings consist of approximately 63% nickel, 27–33% copper, 2.3–3.15% aluminum, and 0.35–0.85% titanium, along with trace amounts of iron and carbon. It can achieve tensile strength up to 965 MPa and yield strength around 690 MPa, while maintaining good ductility and fatigue resistance.
