High-performance Nimonic C263 Bars and Rods, designed for use in high-temperature and high-stress environments, are manufactured and supplied by Dhruv Metals, a prominent company based in Hyderabad, India. Aircraft, gas turbines, and nuclear applications all make extensive use of Nimonic C263, which is well-known for its remarkable mechanical strength, oxidation resistance, and thermal stability. In accordance with international quality standards, Dhruv Metals provides precision-forged bars and rods in a range of sizes and finishes. Dhruv Metals offers reliable nickel-based alloy solutions designed for harsh operating conditions and crucial engineering applications, with an emphasis on metallurgical expertise, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Nimonic C263 Bars and Rods are nickel-based alloys that contain approximately 50% nickel, 20% cobalt, 19–21% chromium, 5.6% molybdenum, 2.1% titanium, and 0.6% aluminium. Up to 816°C, this composition offers outstanding resistance to oxidation and thermal creep. These bars have good elongation (20–25%), a yield strength of ~670 MPa, and a tensile strength of ~930 MPa. The alloy has excellent fatigue and stress rupture properties and can be age-hardened. Nimonic C263 is perfect for applications requiring strength, corrosion protection, and thermal resistance over extended exposure times because it retains mechanical integrity in extreme heat cycles.

Nimonic C263 Bars and Rods are widely used in high-temperature, high-stress settings where resistance to oxidation and creep is essential. They are used in parts like turbine blades, combustion chambers, exhaust ducts, and afterburners in the aerospace sector. For stability in the face of intense heat, gas turbine engines used in aviation and power generation depend on Nimonic C263. High-performance fasteners, heat exchangers, and nuclear reactors also use it. The energy, defence, and chemical processing industries need long-term dependability and durability, and the alloy’s exceptional weldability and formability make it ideal for complex designs and precision-engineered parts.
