Stainless Steel 317L Hollow Bar is a low-carbon, molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel that contains about 18–20% chromium, 11–15% nickel, and 3–4% molybdenum. Its low carbon content (maximum 0.03%) significantly improves its resistance to intergranular corrosion, particularly after welding.
