Our Stainless Steel 431 Hollow Bars feature a chemical makeup that includes chromium (15.0–17.0%), nickel (1.25–2.50%), carbon (up to 0.20%), manganese (≤1.0%), silicon (≤1.0%), phosphorus (≤0.040%), and sulfur (≤0.030%). This martensitic stainless steel is known for its impressive tensile strength ranging from 850 to 1000 MPa, a yield strength of at least 600 MPa, an elongation of about 15%, and a Brinell hardness that can reach up to 260 HB.
