Our Titanium Bright Bars come in both commercially pure (CP) titanium grades and titanium alloys. The CP grades boast up to 99.5% titanium, with carefully controlled levels of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon, and iron, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and moderate strength. The alloyed grades, like Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5), include 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, offering superior strength with a tensile strength of about 900 MPa, yield strength around 830 MPa, and an elongation of 14–15%. These bars also provide exceptional fatigue resistance, excellent machinability, and a polished, flawless finish for precision applications.
