Titanium Grade 1 is the softest and most ductile among all commercially pure titanium grades. It boasts 99.5% pure titanium, with only trace amounts of elements like oxygen (up to 0.18%), nitrogen (up to 0.03%), carbon, hydrogen, and iron. Its tensile strength ranges from approximately 240 to 410 MPa, while the yield strength falls between 170 and 380 MPa, complemented by excellent elongation and impact resistance. With a density of 4.51 g/cm³, it offers outstanding corrosion resistance, particularly in oxidizing and mildly reducing environments. Grade 1 is also easy to weld, form, and machine, making it perfect for complex applications.
